Our 30-day, Money Back Guarantee

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%.   We also understand that our products will not work perfectly for each of our users all of the time.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have an issue that we cannot resolve to your satisfaction, we will happily refund your money.  Please contact our support forum to submit a refund request. Locate the green button labeled 'Submit Request' to start the support request process.

All sales of the Core Extension Bundle are final. Our refund offer does not apply to the purchase of our  Core Extensions Bundle.   No portion of the Core Extension Bundle's purchase price will be refunded after the sale is complete.

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion, and are evaluated according to the following conditions:

1)  Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our email ticketing system in our support forum

2)  The request must be submitted within 30 days of the plugin extension purchase. To assist us with your refund request, please provide the name, date, and invoice number associated with the purchase. This is especially important if the licensee is someone different than yourself.

3)  Your issue(s) come from not being able to install the plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its basic, promised functions.

4)  You agree to cooperate fully with our support team to resolve any issues that either party identifies with the Popup Maker plugin and one or more of it's extensions on your site.  You allow us to fully assess, and attempt to correct any problem that may arise from the installation and use of our base plugin and extension(s).

5)   Issues with the Popup Maker plugin and its extensions that we determine are caused by the use of 3rd party plugins, themes or other software on your site will not serve as grounds for a refund.

6)   By purchasing a plugin extension from our site,  you agree to the refund policy stated in our purchase Terms and Conditions ( see item 9 ) and relinquish your right to contest or take legal action to overturn it.
